How to use a sanitary pad?

Using a sanitary pad is so easy:
1. Choose one that’s right for the heaviness of your flow. First remove the pad from the packaging and throw away the wrapper.
2. The back of the sanitary pad is covered with a protective piece of paper. Remove it. Under the paper, you’ll find a sticky tape.
3.Put the sanitary pad in place inside your panties, making sure you’ve put the front at the front and the back at the back, and then press down so the tape fastens to your panties. If the pad has “wings,” wrap them down around the edges of your panties. And that’s it!
4.Wash your hands using soap and water, before and after changing your pad.
