How do I get rid of stains at the back?

It's the worst sort of stains. Having a period is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of, but it’s still horrible to discover you have a blood stain on the seat of your trousers and there’s still half the day to go before you can get home and change. It’s even worse if someone else discovers it and tells you. Worst of all, of course, is when you’re wearing white trousers. If you’re wearing dark trousers, it’s scarcely visible. Taking your trousers off and trying to wash the stain away is not such a good idea. You’ll probably end up looking as if you’ve wet yourself, and that’s not exactly an improvement! If you have a cardigan or jacket, tie it round your waist. If you don’t have one, maybe a friend has one you can borrow.
