How do I prevent vaginal odours?

Many women worry about unpleasant odours stemming from their private parts, but really it’s not that much to worry about. When menstruating, it’s a good idea to wash twice – in the morning and in the afternoon. Use warm water. You can also use a sanitary pad or liner with odour control features to help minimise any unpleasant odours. If your vaginal discharge begins to smell a bit fishy/out of the ordinary or change in appearance, go and see a doctor. You might be having an infection.
